Who runs this site

This website is operated by J & M AUTO REPAIR INC, 8 Osgood Street, Lawrence, MA 01843. By using it you agree to these terms.

General information only

The pages describe the shop's services in general terms. Nothing on this site is a price quote, an estimate, an offer or a promise that a particular repair can be done. Whether a repair fits, what it costs and how long it takes are decided after the car is seen, in an estimate from the shop.

Estimate requests

The estimate form writes a WhatsApp message for you to send. Sending a message, by WhatsApp or otherwise, asks the shop for an estimate; it does not book an appointment or authorize any work. Work begins only after you approve it with the shop.

Warranty

The shop stands behind its work with a written warranty. Its terms are the ones written on the warranty you receive at the shop; this website does not add to or change them.

Photographs

Photographs on this site are stock images or digitally altered samples, labeled as such. They do not show J&M's shop, staff, customers or completed repairs.

Other services

Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and other services are provided for convenience. Those services are run by third parties under their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Use of the site

• Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or try to access it in ways it does not offer.
• The text, design and the J&M wordmark belong to J & M AUTO REPAIR INC or are used with permission; do not copy them for commercial use.

No warranty for the website
